These terms cover your use of the CallYourPrice website and waitlist before launch. When the service launches, accounts and subscriptions will have their own terms, which we’ll ask you to accept at sign-up.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. It doesn’t guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature or price. Features and prices shown on this site describe our plans and may change before launch.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or overload it, and no signing up anyone else without their permission.

Prices and third-party sites

Prices, availability and deals come from third parties and can change at any time. We work to keep them accurate but can’t guarantee them. Purchases happen on the seller’s site and under the seller’s terms; we’re not a party to them.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CallYourPrice isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
